Rare original Bordmütze attributed to U-Boat Commander
This is a standard other ranks Bordmütze which has been upgraded to an
officer cap by the addition of yellow cord trim to the flap. Such upgrading was
quite normal when an officer cap was unavailable.
The cap was worn by Kapitänleutnant Helmut Voglert, commander of U-212
and the interior still bears his original name tag

Rare original Kriegsmarine sport shirt from a U-Boat commander.
Pullover shirt with zip fastening and zip pocket. Elasticated waist and cuffs.
Has correct woven Anchor sports badge as well as the BeVo version of
the DRL sports badge. Inside is the name tag G Hauber.
Oberleutnant zur See Gerold Hauber was the last commander of U-170.
